I have always found it strange that the anchor news readers are able to move from one very sad story onto another, or indeed something trivial, within seconds, going from sad and serious to smiling and possibly joking. I wonder if they ever feel that there should be more of a moment of quiet reflection on the importance of an announcement they have just made, time to just let it sink in, rather than give more commentary. The news cycle moves on, time is money the model needs looking at perhaps.

Looks like it will be some time before weddings ‘get back to normal’. I think the vaccination program will need to be almost totally complete before we get back to doing what we love to do as a wedding harpist and photographer.
So we fill our time with preparing to go back to weddings and keeping our lives moving forward with our interests including staying fit and healthy. Bike riding is the thing of the moment for us and it is either a tour in the real world or I am on Rouvy. There are lots of video of real places all over the world where I can synchronize my riding on my trainer. One day I am in California, the next Italy and the next Australia. I have also begun to explore the world of workout programs, FTP tests, ramp tests and setting goals. Lots of statistics about my performance which I of course love.

Going to have a go at making ‘professional’ style bike food, high energy stuff to take with us on our rides. You can learn a lot from the University of Youtube!
AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE I WILL STAY AT HOME, KEEP THE 2m RULE AND WEAR A FACE MASK
Staying at home! – STILL Protecting the NHS – STILL saving lives
I AM STILL Keeping safe
Stay safe.
